Bryant Watch exists not to argue the guilt, innocence or culpability of former Attorney General, Michael Bryant in the killing of Darcy Allan Sheppard.

The argument we make is not that Michael Bryant is guilty. It is that there is clearly enough evidence for this case to proceed to trial. The argument we make is that special prosecutor Richard Peck and his local agent, Mark Sandler failed to consider the totality of evidence. Richard  Peck and Mark Sandler went in to this case with tunnel vision and empathy for their accused colleague that led them to place reliability on untested evidence and unsubstantiated claims.

For a greater understanding please spend in few minutes with this Twitter moment about the case. Watch the video evidence. Listen to the eyewitnesses. Don’t ask yourself if Michael Bryant is guilty ask yourself if his case should have proceeded to trial.
