The argument we make is not that Michael Bryant is guilty. It is that there is clearly enough evidence for this case to proceed to trial. The argument we make is that special prosecutor Richard Peck and his local agent, Mark Sandler failed to consider the totality of evidence. Richard Peck and Mark Sandler went in to this case with tunnel vision and empathy for their accused colleague that led them to place reliability on untested evidence and unsubstantiated claims.
